Terms of Service

By accessing this website or submitting an enquiry or order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into transactions on behalf of yourself or your organisation.

We strive to keep listings, specifications, pricing, and availability accurate, but they may change without notice. Images are illustrative. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update or withdraw any listing at any time.

An enquiry or order placed through the site is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only once we confirm acceptance. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, where stock is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred).

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Prices may be exclusive of applicable VAT and other taxes, which are calculated and added at checkout. Payment is due according to the terms agreed for your order.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery charges are shown at checkout per the option selected. Risk in the equipment passes to you on delivery or collection. You are responsible for ensuring suitable site access for heavy machinery.

Equipment is sold according to the condition described in its listing, together with any warranty stated for that item. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Titan Crestline Machinery and may not be reproduced without permission.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Titan Crestline Machinery operates, and any disputes will be resolved accordingly.
